To ensure the success of participatory change management and collaborative innovation we believe that it is about gauging the right balance of our 3 services :

1. participative facilitation

  • We run collaborative workshops that bring together different professionals, and experts from an organisation. The objective of such workshops is to develop the creativity of teams, broaden their horizons while focusing on their real time innovation projects.
  • Our methodology is inspired by that of design, and whether workshops are structured using Design Thinking or Design Sprint, we consider the most important is that they are accessible to all. The starting point of all collaborative exercise, developing an empathy for the user leads to the ability to identify pain points. Concepts take form and are tested by the way of functional prototypes, optimizing the time for trial and error to accelerate the finalisation of an applicable idea.
  • Our mission is not to deliver advice but to help teams create themselves: optimizing the context and ensuring a climate of confidence to encourage all to experiment with new methods and tools, and so explore their creativity. Everyone has the opportunity to contribute and so take an active part in change.

2. creative coaching

  • Coaching is the alliance between coach and client, be the accompaniment be individual or collective, the aim is to encourage thought, exchange, and creativity so as to unleash the client’s full potential, that they make steps towards a new way of approaching things.
  • Coaching is about defining and working towards real time goals and then putting in place an action plan. Individual and collective sessions aim to help clients decode situations and take a different angle on how they perceive the world. It could be addressing the balance between professional and private challenges, striving to help the team develop to its full potential, or to unlock a complex business problem or even to unravel the development of relationships that risk to slow down the progress of a group.
  • Many are the applications of coaching. Ensuring transformations from the inside out, establishing clear paths for exploration and action; this step by step in confidence and security. Coaching often precedes other forms of team work, preparing the terrain and optimising the investment of each participant to go forward as an individual and as part of the group or organisation to reap the benefits of lasting transformation.

3. training & empowerment

  • We train leaders and their teams to new ways of working. We like to ensure that they are confident and autonomous, all having had the practical and theoretical support necessary so they can, in turn, apply these new methods and techniques with their colleagues and encourage adoption across the company.
  • To complement our facilitation and coaching services we have created a series of training programmes that focus on the development of relevant skills necessary to maintain energy levels and the commitment needed for change.
  • New working methods, individual and team skills assessments, workshop and facilitation processes and the posture necessary to become a manager-coach are the essential pillars of our training catalogue.
