For the Executive Committee of KUKA SYSTEMS GmbH France.

 

Challenge: Regain cohesion by aligning to a shared vision..

 

Kuka’s programme consisted :
> Individual Executive Coaching,
> Team Alignment Coaching,
> Leader-Facilitator Training.

 

In parallel to the individual coaching sessions for each of the four directors, where personal objectives and current situations were outlined, needs understood, and capacity for evolution assessed, we also organized two “out of the office” workshops. These workshops effectively realigned the team with a shared ambition for their company and identified priority areas for development. The experiences ranged from a conventional meeting room setting, working with creative tools, to engaging activities in the great outdoors, including a night hike in the mountains, an avalanche rescue exercise, and constructing an emergency igloo.
