The name TOMO® draws inspiration from both tomodachi, the Japanese word for companion, and tomorrow. It reflects the idea of creating working environments where people move forward together, learning as much as they act. Today, TOMO® brings together practitioners of collective work and action learning. Through our Action-Learning Workshops™, we help teams clarify their challenges, collaborate in new ways and turn complexity into meaningful action.

Sylvain Cousinard – TOMO®
An expert in collaborative methods, Sylvain Cousinard has developed an approach he describes as “collaborative maieutics”: enabling a group to choose its own path and commit fully to it. After beginning his career in branding agencies, helping organisations clarify and express their purpose and service offerings, he now focuses more specifically on exploring and developing new ways of working—more creative, more collaborative and, above all, more inclusive. Today, he designs and facilitates Action-Learning Workshops™ that enable entrepreneurs to refine their projects, leaders to revitalise their visions and ambitions, and more broadly their teams to take part in transformation and innovation initiatives while developing their soft skills. Throughout the process, Sylvain guides client teams, freeing them from the constraints of the method so they can focus on their creativity, their ability to work together and their capacity for innovation. He challenges the meaning behind their reflections and, above all, encourages them to think differently, to see constraints as opportunities and to strengthen their collaborative and creative capabilities.

Belinda Godliman, founder of YouMeBe®, is a certified Designer & Executive Coach and a trusted partner of TOMO®.
Since 2021, TOMO® has called on Belinda to support client teams more specifically in exploring what is at play in terms of relationships and interactions during projects: understanding group dynamics, verbal and non-verbal communication, and everything that can generate misunderstandings or even lead to moments of blockage. In doing so, she helps create an environment that enables teams to work together differently and more effectively. The result is individuals who feel more confident and productive, and groups that are more united, naturally contributing to the success of their projects and their organisation.
Her approach stems from the combination of her two professions and is grounded in empathy, observation, creativity, self-awareness, awareness of others and a strong sense of responsibility. As a designer and later Creative Director at Texas Instruments, IBM and 3DS Dassault Systèmes, she had the opportunity to explore different applications of design—from defining and formalising value propositions and brand identities to adapting to the evolving needs and aspirations of individuals. Design naturally led her towards creative coaching. Today, Belinda draws on the resources of these two fields of expertise to support individuals and teams in developing their creative potential, as well as that of their organisations more broadly.
